Step 1.

Just put the PCB at the bottom

Step 2.

Push the adjustable sideboard for width positioning.

Because we have made a patented invention in the metal part at the bottom,so it

could achieve fast positioning effect.

Step 3.

Lock up 4 handles

Step 4.

After lock all four handles and remove the PCB.

The PCB will now slide smoothly into each rail .

Step 5.

To prevent the PCB from slipping out, we have spring stopper

Application

The SMT magazine rack is designed for PCBs manufacture, assembly, storage and transfer。

Adjustable through screws,gear adjustment.

Common type (60℃) and heat-resistance type(120℃ , 150℃) are available.

Surface resistance: 10⁴~10⁶ Ω.
